Are you a Dementia Innovator?

At Unforgettable we’re always keen to hear your feedback on the products that we sell so that we can improve them, and for you to share with us your day to day challenges of living with dementia, to inspire us to develop solutions that don’t yet exist. Our friends at OpenIDEO are taking this one step further and are asking for your ideas to help change the lives of those living with dementia and their family members that care for them.
They have set the challenge of “How might we better support family caregivers as they care for loved ones with dementia?” They’re currently looking for innovative ideas to answer this problem. We thought the best people to answer this challenge could be the caregivers themselves, and so would love for you to get involved.
OpenIDEO is an open innovation platform that brings together a global community to help develop solutions for complex social challenges, using IDEO’s design thinking methodology. For this challenge they’re working together AARP services Inc and UnitedHealthcare who plan to support winning ideas and help develop them further.
If you’re a dementia innovator, click here to submit your idea before November the 8th.
