We're here to get a million more people working in health and social care

Over the next 15 years the need for care will double. But right now there is a chronic shortage of people to deliver this care, and it's getting worse. We are here to fix that. By leveraging AI and smart technology, we're giving care providers the system they need to give health and care staff  the respect they deserve.

Rachael

CEO

When I was 24, my lovely mum Kate was diagnosed with early on set dementia. She was 56. For 10 years, we struggled to care for her. I was shocked by how hard it was to find great people and how little support was put into caring for the staff who did the hard work. I knew care could be so much better.  I decided to quit my job and make it happen and Lifted was born.

Our impact

“Lifted changed my life. They found me the perfect job with an employer that respects me and values me. They supported me through the tricky Visa process and they even helped secure my sister a new job too. They are always there when I need them. I can’t quite believe they exist. I thank God for them.”
